The Bespoke Package with a 60 Minute Treatment

Please note spa use is reserved for hotel residences or those on a Spa Day Package If booking solely a treatment this can could be upgraded to a spa package on request if space is available. Please arrive with plenty of time to fill out the relevant forms before your treatment. Hotel Resident must use the sign in book if they are using the spa facilities. Swimwear is required to be worn whilst using the spa facilities. Spa Packages, treatments and heat facilities are reserved for guests 16 years or older. If you have a medical condition that might affect your treatment, please let us know before you arrive or consult your doctor. We are happy to perform treatments on anybody who is more than 14 weeks pregnant. Towels are provided in the changing rooms but robes and slippers should be brought from rooms if you are a hotel resident or we provide them for you if you’re a Spa Package guest. Please note robes and slippers are all one size, if you wish to bring an alternative you are more than welcome. No food is to be consumed in the spa area, we provide cold filtered water but if you would like any other beverages, they can be purchased from the hotel bar and will need to be in non-glass drink ware. We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to personal items and valuables. The spa including the outside decking is a non-smoking area, please ask for the designated smoking area upon arrival.
